Review Guidelines

We want to publish your review, so please:

• Keep your review focused on the product.
• Avoid writing about customer service, contact us instead if you have issues requiring immediate attention.
• Refrain from mentioning competitors or the specific price you paid for the product
• Do not include any personally identifiable information, such as full names.

Photo Guidelines

When submitting images, please follow these guidelines:

• Images must be in BMP, PNG, GIF or JPEG format.
• File size must be 5 MB or less.
• Image must be as least 60 pixels tall
• Image must be at least 60 pixels wide
• If you are not the copyright holder, you may not submit copyrighted images
• Objectionable images will be rejected
• Uploaded images become the property of the Company

Your Content

We may permit you to place Content on the Website (including posting messages, uploading files, inputting data or engaging in any other form of communication). By submitting Content for potential inclusion in the Website, you grant to us an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to do the following with respect to the Content:

• Use, reproduce, modify, sublicense, redistribute, adapt, transmit, publish, broadcast and display the Content and create derivative works from the Content and
• Sublicense any of those rights to third parties

You acknowledge that Content that you send to, or attempt to include in the Website, may not reach or be correctly displayed on that Website for variety of reasons including but not limited to mechanical, software, computer, telecommunications or electronic failure.

You must not send any Content or links for inclusion on the Website which in any way whatsoever:

• Is fraudulent, misleading or deceptive (including impersonating another person or misrepresenting a connection with another person or entity).
• Infringes any third party's copyright, patent, trade mark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights or proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy.
• Violates any law, statute or regulation, or constitutes, or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense (including prohibitions on spam messages).
• Is defamatory, libellous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing.
• Is harmful, threatening, abusive, hateful, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane or indecent.
• Promotes, directly or indirectly, the use or supply or tobacco products or promotes pharmaceutical therapeutic goods not approved for sale in Australia.
• Impinges on any other user's use or enjoyment of the Website
• Contains any 'prohibited content' or 'potential prohibited content' within the meaning of Schedule 5 of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992 (Cth).

Any Content that you send to, or attempt to include in the Website may be made publicly available to all users of the Website, and may be indexed and cached by search engines. We may or may not monitor and review user Content.

Despite any moderation you agree to indemnify and keep Coach and its affiliated companies indemnified against all costs, expenses, damages, losses and liabilities incurred or suffered by Coach or its affiliated companies related to any User Generated Content posted or transmitted by you or your other use of the Site.

Coach uses an external moderator to monitor ratings and reviews, however Coach has final say in deeming content as being Website appropriate. All content which infringes Coach policy will be removed. Any user generated content which another user finds offensive, inappropriate or contravenes the site terms will also be removed by Coach.
